LCA is a member of the Tennessee Association of Christian Schools and has obtained full accreditation status through the American Association of Christian Schools. The school is also certified by the Kentucky Department of Education.
Believing the Bible to be our authority, LCA desires to train our students in the Word of God, inspire them to love Christ, and equip them to serve the Lord with their lives.
LCA has high academic standards in both the curriculum (what is taught) and instruction (how it is taught). Students can accomplish and attain much more than they themselves realize, and our academic program challenges them to reach that God-given potential. The academic program uses primarily the ABEKA curriculum with its Bible based textbooks written from a Christian perspective.
LCA offers a wide range of activities for our students. Students can participate in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and cross country. Students can also develop other interests through various clubs such as Art, Speech, Handyman, and Home Economics.

At LCA, kindergarten is not simply a daycare, and we don’t call four-year-old kindergarten “preschool.” The four and five-year-old kindergarten program is a fun academic program in which the students receive an exceptional, phonics-first foundation for future learning.
The elementary program is designed for the average student to master skills needed to further their education in high school. An emphasis is also placed on character development as students are expected to work diligently to reach academic goals.
The junior high and high school program is a challenging program of study that prepares students for college and careers. Students learn the value of hard work, preparation, and fulfilling responsibilities as they discover that they can accomplish more than even they imagined.
